Our team here at Pure share one common goal every day. Connecting People. Whether that means assisting a candidate in finding gainful employment, or helping our clients land a new team member. But it goes much further than that…
You see, we understand that it’s not “just a job” to our candidates once an offer has been signed. It’s a life changing event. The new position they accepted may have saved their home from foreclosure, their car from repossession, allowed their children’s college fund to remain untouched, or left their life savings intact. Perhaps a candidate is in a dead-end job, underpaid, underappreciated, or unhappy. Our goal is to make a dream a reality for our job seekers to love what they do again!
Let’s not forget the clients across the United States that we recruit for! We understand that when an employer has an opening to fill, there is also a manager somewhere in the background stressed out because they have to complete the workload by themselves. This causes the manager to work overtime every night to make sure the job is completed and nothing falls through the cracks. Many times, that means missing family dinner time, or other important events. Any type of work/life balance ceases to exist.
